Shipping Information
We offer several different options and use a variety of couriers for both UK and International Shipments. You can select your preferred option at checkout.
Please note we have raised our shipping rates due to increases by providers.
UK 48-72hr — £7.00 flat rate (carriers used UPS).
UK 24 hr — £8.50 (carriers used DPD/UPS).
International 5-7days; Europe £22.00, ROW £27.50.00 (carriers used Royal Mail/UPS/DPD).
Shipping (International Export)
Your jeans should arrive within 7-10 working days of leaving us. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Customs duty does not usually apply on goods with a value under £130. As we are a small business, we do not charge VAT on our UK goods. VAT or a similar sales tax can be collected by the destination country. The rate is assessed by the country the goods are shipped to and any fee’s and taxes will be collected by the courier prior to delivery.
Our packaging is discrete and is 100% biodegradable, please https://www.astrolighting.com/sustainability/people compost at home or utilise your roadside composting collection, if it is available.
Should you require a bespoke solution for multiple items, or are in a location outside those mentioned above then please do contact us, we can then create a solution that works for all parties.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but should there be any issues please get in touch, we accept returns for 14 days after receipt of the goods.
We will issue an RA number that will allow us to track your return ensuring prompt handling when we receive the item.
Goods to be returned, must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and in a condition we deem suitable for resale. They must be unworn.
Returning items is at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Akkadenim cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
